Since 2013, Shira has dedicated her practice to representing contractors, subcontractors, developers, and homeowners throughout all phases of construction and litigation. Her comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience allow her to effectively navigate complex legal matters, ensuring her clients' interests are protected at every step.

Ms. Biegacz is well-versed in drafting AIA contracts, negotiating RPAPL access agreements, and handling mechanics lien filings and foreclosures. She also excels in commercial litigation, providing strategic counsel to general contractors and trade contractors across New York City and Long Island.

Before founding Maison Law PLLC, Shira refined her expertise at boutique and mid-sized law firms, where she gained experience in commercial litigation, judgment enforcement, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation. This diverse background enables her to offer clients a well-rounded approach, delivering tailored legal solutions to meet their unique needs.

Michael P. Nolan

Michael P. Nolan supports the firm's attorneys in handling complex matters involving construction law, real estate litigation, and commercial disputes. He contributes to all stages of case preparation by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and memoranda, and organizing key materials for both transactional and litigation matters.

Mr. Nolan's legal foundation was shaped through internships with the Harrison County Public Defender's Office and North Mississippi Rural Legal Services. There, he gained hands-on experience in criminal and civil practice, assisting with client intake, case development, and attorney support while honing his skills in research, writing, and advocacy.

Michael earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Mississippi in 2021 and pursued international business coursework at KEDGE Business School in Marseille, France. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law.

 Dimitra Chasapi is a Legal Assistant supporting attorneys in complex matters involving construction law, contract management, and dispute resolution. She provides administrative and legal support in a cross-jurisdictional environment, contributing to both civil and commercial practices through legal research, document drafting, and organizing key case materials for litigation and transactional work.

Ms. Chasapi’s legal background includes an internship at the Legal Council of the Hellenic State, where she gained practical exposure to public and administrative law, as well as experience as an Attorney in mid-sized law firms, focusing on civil, commercial, and construction-related cases. These roles allowed her to develop a strong understanding of procedural requirements, regulatory compliance, and the contractual frameworks governing both public and private sector projects.

Her work reflects a commitment to precision, adaptability, and efficiency in managing cross-border and construction-related legal matters.

Dimitra is a Greek and EU-qualified lawyer. She earned her LL.B. in Law (2022) and her LL.M. in Private International Law and International Business Transactions, with a concentration in FIDIC Contracts and Construction Arbitration, from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
